LogbookAI Pricing Model

1. Overview

LogbookAI™ by Aviation AI Solutions LLC currently uses a two-part pricing model: a logbook access subscription for the core logbook experience, and separate page token packs for scan and validation processing.

Prices are presented during secure checkout and may vary by offer, market, taxes, or billing-provider configuration.

2. Logbook & Map Trial

New accounts receive a time-limited trial for logbook and map features (currently 7 days from account creation, configurable per deployment).

When the trial ends, logbook and map access requires an active logbook subscription or unlimited plan. Scan, validation, and workflow features use page credits separately.

3. Logbook Access Subscription

The current logbook access plan is an annual logbook subscription.

A logbook subscription unlocks the primary logbook features, including creating, importing, managing, editing, validating, exporting, and visualizing logbook entries where those features are available in the application.

• The current annual plan retains logbook data for 12 months.
• The subscription covers logbook feature access.
• The subscription does not include page token packs unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Page Token Packs

Page token packs are used for processing activity such as scanning uploaded logbook pages and running validation workflows.

The current implementation offers a Processing credits pack ($10).

• Page tokens are separate from the logbook access subscription.
• Purchased page tokens are consumed as processing work is requested.
• Page tokens have no cash value and are not transferable unless LogbookAI™ by Aviation AI Solutions LLC expressly allows it.

5. Free Preview

New or eligible users may receive a limited free preview allocation.

The current implementation uses a free preview allowance of 5 pages before purchased page credits are required for additional processing.

6. Credit Consumption

By default, scan processing uses 1 page per credit and validation uses 1 credit per validation run.

These values are configurable by deployment settings and may change as the product evolves.

7. Billing Provider

LogbookAI™ by Aviation AI Solutions LLC currently uses Stripe for checkout, payment processing, and related billing events.

The payment provider may calculate and collect applicable taxes, show localized payment options, and provide transaction records according to its own policies.

8. Changes, Expiration, and Refunds

Plans, pricing, included features, credit consumption rates, and retention periods may change over time.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable, credits may expire, and unused credits do not represent stored value.
